Keswick House is a modern haven with thoughtful amenities close to attractive Charlotte hot spots.
Keswick House is just down the street from Camp North End, a mixed-use entertainment complex with restaurants, bars, shops and venues. Uptown Charlotte is less than a mile away and has the Bechtler and Discovery Place museums, the Panthers and Hornets Stadiums, The Epicenter, The Charlotte Convention Center, restaurants, bars, and night life. Other nearby hotspots include NoDa (historic arts district) and Plaza Midwood. Optimist Hall is a dining venue with local restaurants like The Dumpling Lady & Harriet’s Hamburgers #1, and boutique shops under one roof just two minutes away. Within a twenty minute drive is the National Whitewater Center, Lake Norman, and The Charlotte Douglass International Airport. There is a Harris Teeter Grocery, a Family Dollar, and an ABC Liquor within a mile as well.
Each unit sleeps two people (four in the Bungalow) and has a kitchenette or kitchen with custom butcher block countertops and a private modern bathroom.
The Retreat, Loft, and Studio kitchenettes have a stainless steel full-size refrigerator and a large deluxe French door toaster oven, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. In addition, the kitchenette has an integrated vent hood and all dishes, prep, and serving utensils. The kitchenette is stocked with oils, seasonings, sauces, condiments, and complimentary welcome coffee and tea. The Bungalow has a full kitchen with a range and oven.
Each cozy bedroom area has a queen sized bed and a large wardrobe or closet for clothes and storage. The Suite and Penthouse have pull-out sofa beds. We provide all linens, including sheets, blankets, and towels. Linens are sanitized for your safety.
The Penthouse and Suite share a full laundry area in the entry foyer. The Bungalow has a full private laundry room and the Studio has its own washer/dryer combo. All soaps are complimentary, including dish, shower, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry. Paper towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience as well.
For cleanliness and safety, Keswick House is professionally cleaned and electrostatically fogged after each guest and left unoccupied for 24 hours between guests.
